AMSOL PARTNERSHIP RESULTS IN SA’s FIRST IMAGE DICTIONARY

AMSOL has partnered with Cape Mental Health (CMH) on the ‘Easy to Read’ programme. This included an investment from AMSOL which enabled CMH’s Training Workshops Unlimited to commission the Learning for Life Programme to develop the first Image Dictionary in South Africa.

The Image Dictionary consists of more than 500 images relating to everyday life and the work environment – providing a useful resource for those beneficiaries requiring support. The programme will be rolled out across CMH with training for all key personnel to ensure they know how to write using the Easy to Read method and use the Easy to Read Image Dictionary.
